Whether you are a new believer or a mature believer. This course will further equip you to “go” and share the good news with people from different cultural backgrounds. Te Hurihanga will share insights from the journey of his ancestors that intertwine with the word of God to bring an understanding of the gospel that is unique, and will empower you to share the good news in any setting and particularly among the Maori people of our land.

Dominion (Rangatiratanga)

We will explore the concept and meaning of rangatiratanga/dominion from a cultural and biblical perspective and its importance in our journey to maturity.

We will explore the importance of standing in the footprint of God our Father and what that means in our personal testimony as we share the good news with others.

Character development (te whanake o te Rangatira)
- We will explore through a cultural and biblical lens the life of the Kuaka (Godwit) the Kahu (Hawke) and Kiwi, the Kotikoti-pa (Rifleman) to understand aspects of character development that will also give you a unique lens into the world view of my whanau and Hapu and give you confidence to stand and to share freely.
The Love of God in Christ Jesus (Aroha o te Atua I roto ia Karaiti Ihu)
- We will explore the depth of Gods love through the journey of my ancestors and see how beautifully interwoven it is with the Word of God. This will enhance your understanding of aroha (love) but will empower you to do all things in the strength of His love
God our Father (Atua Matua)
- Fatherlessness is the greatest challenge we are facing in our generation. IN this course we will begin to explore the Fatherhood of God, the centrality or God our Father to all families and how this knowledge can be reintroduced into our land.
